How do you keep organized

I use a calendar to note when I flower a plant, then 4 weeks for a top dress, then 10 weeks for finished.

Then I also use poker chips laid on top of the soil -
- red is a top dress which they get when they go into flower and at 4 weeks
- blue is aloe watered in once after each top dress
- white is coco water added anytime after the aloe.

This works great because it doesn't really matter which day it gets those, just that it gets them at some point when it's thirsty.
I also like how it's easy to see which plant needs what at a glance, and that they are re-usable.

Beyond that I have also had a hard time getting any more organized than that. I find the veg room the hardest part to balace just right.

One day its a daily organizer, the next day its evidence. Funny how fast that can happen. I recommend consolidating your weed growing and your bomb making material all in one note book for better organizational purposes.
Because we're all terrorists too?

Funny how fast that happened...

I use daily NOTEBOOK with DATE and stuff i did that day, like batch number, water lvl, ec, ph, temp of reservoar. After that pruning, cloning, veg-bloom transition and so on.

With that i have a excel spreadsheet what I wrote to calculate cloning day, veg day, harvest day, sale day... etc

Excel rocks

My room is where I typically smoke the big fat one so when I go back and read what I wrote it makes no sense lol. It was great for the first couple of years but now I just do what needs doing. I would assume it may be more useful if running in soil? My system is pretty much add three things and water then wait a week or two and do it all again.
