how do you scrog yore plants?
I got 3 small plants a week old and want to do a scrog grow but I heard stuff like you have to press the stem before you bend it and what what. Can some one help me with doing this please rite it in detail thanks and happy bongsmilie:eyesmoke:

Dont make it to complicated. No pinching needed, just let it grow to the screen, then when it grows through it pull it back down under the screen, just keep doing that. You can even let the plant grow taller than the screen then bend it over under the screen.
