How do you top the plants?

does any one have pictures or videos (detailed) on how to top em, and you should top it a week into the 12/12 cycle?

there are stickies in most of the forum sections that will answer most of your questions

i am sure you could find a ton of vids on youtube that will show you how to top a plant.. i just was on there the other day looking for vids about supercropping and found a ton of good ones. they helped me out a ton, and i would think that they would be able to help you out too.. best of luck..
