How do you use peat discs?

I bought a hydro kit but I'm not sure what the little peat discs are for or how to use them. I have 20 blueberries that have sprouted and I need to get them potted NOW!! Please help.

welcome to the forum. Those little peet disks are for planting your seeds in. You add ph'd water to them and the swell up to about 3" tall. Plants the little.... ohh shit, you already have the seedling planted. Just skip this part this time, but next time be ready to use those little disks. VV

No, the seeds have just germinated this morning. Got little roots about 1/8" to 1/2" long. What now?

Just stick it in without damaging the root. It'll correct it self out.

VV gave you the info. My current plants all started in peat disks.

I also use peat pellets for starting seeds and sometimes clones. They are great!

Sorry, when you said you had 20 blueberries that had sprouted, you didn't say seeds, I thought they were planted and had sprouted. DO what I said to soa; the pellets, they have a hole in them where the seed goes. Read the rest in FAQ upper left hand corner of this page. VV
