It looks like its on 12/12 but should be on 22hrs a day. That plant is not showing sex yet its way to small.

LMAO leave it alone those cfl's will keep that plant stocky but by the looks of it your off to a good start.
What are you gonna use for flowering??
And another thing if it was me and that plant turns out to be female if you got the room let that "B" veg for about 5 ta 6 weeks then switch to 12/12 peace........
