How does "she" look?

hey guys I'm new to this but excited to get started! Growing with two 23 watt cfl bulbs 5000k also using two fluorescent tubes that are 3100k. I k ow the 3100k tubes aren't the best but planning to upgrade to 6500k soon. Just looking for some feedback on how you guys think they look or any changes I could make to my setup. Thanks in advance!

She looks very healthy from what I see, you're doing a good job. Why did you cut off the bottom 2 fan leaves though?

Looks like you're using the right side of the foil to bounce the lumens - should be the "dull" side.
Flat white paint will bounce the lumens much better...
Can't see how deep the tray/bucket is... You will probably have to move to to a larger one in time - Make sure they have good drain holes to keep fungus from starting up - which brings in Fungus Gnats.
