How does this look?

Its in a 15 lt pot outdoor and it has been 3 weeks old since sprouting, opinions?

Somethings stunted that mate. Looks very small for 3 weeks old, can see what happens over the next couple of weeks but cant see you getting much of her
 
When it was seedling it was stressed by a strong windy day it had fell down for 4 days, now for a week we had very hot temps here, some days up to 38c
