How early can i bend? and flower?

I don't know that much about weed growing, but right now i have two little week old plants. i have them growing in a box container with a lid and all of the walls inside of the container have foil on them. My light is only a 26 watt UVB light but they're seeming to grow pretty descent so far. In about a week I'm thinking about starting to water them a little bit with some rapid-gro 23-19-17 mixed with water. I'm hoping to get a couple short bushy plants... how early can i start bending? and how early can i start flowering?

that wont work, get a real grow light bro.

That bulb might work for a week or two but your gonna have to buy a few cfls at least. A 220w cfl and reflector is costs €70 in my local hydro store, that would work with mediocre results, a 26w is barely enough to keep a seedling alive let alone flower a plant, trust me worrying about when to add rapid-gro is the least of your worries.. Get at least 200w of light and get a fan because at the moment your girls dont need nutes, they must be barely clinging to life.

my plants are 33 days old and i began to flower today. i bend my plants over when they reach the fifth node. that usually will produce 10 colas off the bat for me!
