how far off am i

as an ex outdoor man Ive found not much to compare in indoor, ok so I dont have a 60x to check, just my eyesight, they seem to be still fatting on some but most of them now have maybe a dozen brown hairs.... my question is how many brown hairs before yum yum time ? Im going to run out the nute I have at 2.6 ec and drop it down for final 2 weeks, so maybe 3 days left in tank before final feed down... I have a mentor but i wanna show some smarts about it to him...hahahaaaa... we run 11.45 hr on and 12.15 off.... all the way and it seems to pump them.. Im ol school outdoor so the plant speaks to us, coco indoor is a diff game.. by eye when should i do the deed on them...? wee should all be on the same big ass island together..

I'm sure you'll enjoy the indoor, it tends to always be a better quality product then outdoors. As outdoor bud, unless your somewhere, the temperature, stays around 75 degrees day and night outdoors. As we know an ideal flowering temp. is about 75 degrees, and variances from that temp. either way, up or down, impacts quality. And of course other things like rain, animals, pests, bugs etc. take their toll also on a outdoor product.

But for the indoor harvesting question, a lot of people are into the looking with a microscope at the trichomes, and when they turn milky. Then they will harvest, but me I like to go the full route and get amber color trichomes. That some say is over ripe, but my strains are mostly sativa, even though they are quick flowering. I think they are at their best totally done.

So when I harvest, pretty much all the hairs are brown, and the trichs are amber. I also think that you get your best value that way, as the bud not only seems to smoke the best, but the longest.

Here's a shark attack from Dinafem, I made 2 seeds on this one. But you can see the hairs are all totally brown. I let it go 12 weeks, but 11 would have done it. I wanted to make sure the 2 seeds were ripe

Of course this is a somewhat longer flowering plant, unlike the Wonder strain varites that I helped create.

Here's a super long flowering exotic sativa. The picture is at about 15 weeks. I'm going to chop her here in a few days at 16 weeks or so. Could probably go longer, but I'm not going to wait forever

And here's what a Wonder strain looks like in the middle of flowering. This is one of my newiest creations. It's from my first round. It's Wonder on Wonder. I decided to clean out my seed collection, as some of the beans were getting old. So I decided to fire everything up, and make new seed, and throw away the old.

So the picture, is an unknown Wonder male crossed with a 4th Back cross to the thunder struck clone. I made a few seeds on it, with a 4th back cross male. So the seed is a back cross to the 4th back cross male line.

Vinnie that last pic is what mine are at, the circles we spin the webs in, I cant get the hybrid strains to tell you guys ,it's been nick named Ice on a Stick, ( IS ) is what it is, is the shit, is comming, just IS... hang on i will try to do a couple pics through my sunnies (sunglasses)..

nah sorry im not comfortable with down loading pics from here, i will find out the hybrid strains and post them , but i let them get too bushy so the flower has been way longer, suppose to be 2 wk vege and 6-9 wk flower, 20/4hr cycle vege then 11.45/12.15 cycle bloom at 1.2-3 ec vege then 2.4-6 ec bloom with a constant 6 ph all the way... all done by eye, liquid ph test, and a trouchen ec... RTW system on 5 , but will be 8-10 plants max for ever and ever and ever and ... buddage..
