How long are people waiting to hear back from Health Canada ?

So a bunch of us called HC this week. Standard response. They don't know anything at all, call back. They seem to have 2 states to the "registration" process. 1) reception of documents. 2) Processing. One person was told they were in 3) verification stage. Does anyone know more about these elusive stages wrapped within an enigma ? Clearly this is a barrier to access..... A month "processing" is understandable governmental bureaucracy, but 2-3 months is interference! Who wants to start a class action?

Unfortunately not surprising, hence why the 'but it's only a few weeks!' stuff doesn't hold any water.

Document everything you do, document what you say on the phone, document document document. If nothing else it'll be useful to Conroy/Tousaw eventually.

anyone taking hc to court getting grow lic?
allard, privacy breech and goldstars?
If I understand your question correctly, hellth canada has no idea who is in goldstars, who has contacted branch mcmaster for the window envelope, or which mmar patients were actually involved or are still covered by allard.
I believe most pink paper owners who are still covered by the injunction are staying out of the new system except out of necessity.

The MMAR took 2 to three months to receive your papers also.
It is the government. They are slow. I doubt you can attempt to start a class action lawsuit over that. Unless you have a lot of money to pay a law firm.

depends on where you live I guess.
applied for an upgrade when everyone who was not sick was scared off of growing because of a card seeing as paying for one and not being able to get another was a problem.....
Your life is worth more than a card, SO you do what you need to do in order to live!

had papers in two weeks returned with upgrade only weeks before they were supposedly shutting down the mmar,
which still stands today it would seem more than not.

access is the key here for a lawsuit.

My final renewal near the end of the mmar also came back within a few weeks.
