Learned a lot from this thread. I'm definitely going to jump on the 24/0 bandwagon once I get my stuff up and going. To clarify, once they have germinated and I move them to a small container I can go ahead and leave the lights on all the time until I switch to 12/12 for flowering? My last question is how long does vegetation usually last and how will I know when my plants are ready to be put on the budding light cycle?
The longer the veg the better the hedge! Seriously. 2 months if possible. Don't think it's worth it? Sometime start 2 of the same strain from seed. Veg one the standard 2 weeks here (good God) or a month even and let the other keep vegging. Run them the same 12/12 time so the 2nd will be a month behind. Then compare yields and never veg for a month again. 2 to grow big at least. Sabe el burro?
Some of you cats need to need to grow yourself a frigging quarter pound or whatever and have some smoke so you can have some patience.
"I planted my Bongo Congo #32 15 minutes ago and nothing has happened."
"I vegged her almost 3 whole weeks and put it in 12/12 and nothing has happened. It's been a day and a half. Help what's wrong with it?"
"I didn't see any sprout so I dug it up. It's all white and long and pointy on one end. I'm holding it in my hand. What do I do now?"
