kinda hard to say man, the trichs look milky but you need to check with a 30x microscope. you want the trichs to start changing to amber, and generally you will have more red hairs than white. doesn't look too far away but the trichs are the best way to tell.

id go when 2/3 of the hairs are golden... or close...

yeah I think they might actually be done in two weeks. most of the hairs usually tend to turn amber brown when its done or a good time to harvest. but the trichs as haze said. check them
