How long dodes it take for a Clone to grow roots, Using only water?

i took a cut of my ganja plant, but did not use any root hormones. Its been about 5 days, just when will it show form of roots growing ?

I did this with my first set of clones took 30 days and 5 out of 6 died. using a heat pad might have helped. after that I bought a daisy 8 site aeroponic cloner for 65 bucks....now 100% success rate.

if it's not completely withered away yet that's a good sign. i'd wait 2-3 weeks then transplant

if it's drooping it may have too many fan leaves weighing it down since it has no root system for support. i put my clones about 4 inches away from a 6500k 23w CFL, if they dont die within a day they will most likely live.... but i use $5 TakeRoot rooting powder from lowes, works great.

never successfully cloned without hormone, have tried many many times. it also has to do with where you take the cutting from. the older growth (lower nodes) is allegedly better for cloning success

I have cloned many times without a rooting hormone. I put them into jiffy pellets under a dome. Heat mat under the dome and your good to go. I have had 80%+ success rate just using water. Keep the humidity up in dome

If your not using any rooting hormone. I strongly suggest you use SuperThrive in your water. Should help a bit.

i bout the root hormone at lowes for like 4 bucks, made myself an aeroponic cloner for roughly 65$ and had clones with in 1.5 weeks!
