How long till i can take the first clone?

i started 2 seedlings in an areo system the 19th and i was wondering how long it will be till i can take a cutting from it to sex them, I'm planning on using them for mother plants and then cloning one to soil and keep it separate. i have them under a Florescent tube for now, later today I'm planning on going to get some cfl's for vegging them, i have a Watt hps for flowering them.

as soon as your plant is big enoght to take the cutting.

however i recomend you let the seedlings mature before you start cloning as they have to reach sexual maturity before you really want to flower anyways. you clones will have better vigor from more mature mother IMO
