How long too wait after moving?

Anyone out there experienced enough with renting a house to recommend how long one should wait after renting a new location before setting up a grow? TIA

It's usually best to start asap, you don't want to movie in and three months later start using all your equipment and show a rise in the bill.

i moved into a new place last week, all i did was ask the landlord if he had any future projects left in the place. Honestly the last thing he will think about is "wtf hes asking me this so he can grow weed"

let the landlord pull out of the driveway first......


every landlord is different. some rent and forget, some live there with ya almost.

LOL i set up shop before I get my furniture set up and TV going.
Whats there to wait for? Once you're in the gotta give notice any way. I can break it down in about 4 hours with a little help... so no worries. Go ahead... shove off, and happy sailing.

haha.... light went up the same day the contract was signed.... depends on how big you're goin tho really ;D
