How long until buds show up?

What the title asks really. I am 1-2 weeks into bloom...I can see white hairs that there female but how long until the actually start forming buds. Whats the earliest you've had actual buds show up and whats the latest?

Mu autoflower strains right away, my fem seeds always around 2 or 3erd week begin forming finishing 8 - 11 weeks harvest usually

I usually see fox tails around day 17...

depends on the wattage of light, more equals faster.
