How long would you wait to call the credit card company?

Okay so heres the deal:

I made about a $420 order on everyonedoesit.com quite a while ago.. over a month and a half maybe 2.

Anyway, they ONLY sent half my order, as the rest was supposedly backordered.

NOW they were supposed to send the rest of my order 3+ weeks ago. (they pushed back the date of when it was supposed to arrive 3 times.) They were supposed to have the items in stock by then and shipped out.

I haven't received an email from them in 3 weeks, after I have sent more than 6 demanding a response.


I don't want to cancel my order, I want my stuff - but they're leaving me no choice.





So, when would you get the credit card company involved? :blsmoke:

I figure I will send them ONE FINAL email, telling them they have a week to reply otherwise I'm contacting Visa. Sound like a good plan?

If anyone is wondering about EDIT.. They are OK to buy from, customer service is terrible.. or non existant in my case... Only order from EDIT if you have the time and money to pay for some shit up front that you wont get for months.

i love the money you can save by ordering over the www. but when stuff like this happens it makes it well worth the few extra bucks to go to the store and have it in your hand when you purchase it. i would call the credit card company right away if its been 3 weeks without a response from them. did you order the vaporizer i seen you posting about in another thread?

Yeah, I'd get on that. Keeping all your documentation will help as well. Proof of your attempts at communication, as well as any e-receipts or such.
You've clearly taken the right steps in covering your ass. I think you SHOULD be alright. If you have any kind of "insurance" features on your VISA, even better. If you don't know how covered you are, even more of a reason to be calling them.

I do too as I am pretty sure each card company has a time limit. They like you to wait a little to be sure things are not lost in shipping and such but if you wait to long they may question the validity of your complaint. I wouldn't go past 90 days.

You have nothing to lose and everything to gain by calling your CC co. They can do a chargeback and get you your money in no time.

Yea, you should notify them even if you don't want to take immediate action. They should be able to put the dispute on file just in case.

I will be doing this.


It's a downstem that I really need (along with others small stuff) that I can't find anywhere else. I've been borrowing my friends downstem for a month :lol: It's seriously probably less than $100 of the order.

take the refund contact glass blowers and have one made.........

One item is a german made roor downstem... 14.5mm most us blowers dont use 14.5mm 14mm doesnt sit well.

the other is a bowl I could care less about

and the other 2 items are these adapters made exclusively in Austria for hurricane pipes


so yeah man lol

they arent a rip off, just slow as fuck. slow slow slow slow slow.


They said they have everything but the bowl I dont care about... so i sent an email demanding that what they do have of my order is to be sent... and that they either refund the money for the bowl, or send it separately when they get it.

Sounds like a plan. If they have that much of your order and its the hard to get items yea go ahead.....and if they screw you on the last item you havent lost much I suppose......Ive bought from them before and never had a problem but as they say.....shit happens......
