are you starting from seeds or clones? and usaly in veg mode 24/0 light is perfect for max growth

as kitty said, most people i know use 18/6 but others prefer 24/0 for veg. its upto you.

24/0 for the first week... 18/6 until flower.

if you just want growth for a mother plant 24/0 is perfect if you want to kick it into bud mode then shorten the light time
