How many can I fit?

The capacity is what will make the difference, the dimensions aren’t too important. If you are limited on height than obviously a shorter pot will work better than a taller one.

I get my 3G fabric pots in 12-packs from Amazon for $17, they are 9”x10”.

I’d go with 1 plant vegged for 7-8 weeks personally one plant to take care of and water is a lot easier trust me bro... first pic is 4 plants 4 way lst veg 6 weeks from seed then flipped 2nd is 1 plant vegged for 7 weeks then flipped no topping just lst by tieing down branches she’s a solid 4x4 canopy (Measured)now at week 7 flower...that’s one plant...one plant I have to water k.i.s.s

Yeah we’re having two completely different visions. I want to do one of those one day. I also want to do a solo cup challenge but for now I want to see what my options are for this current setup. It can only go uphill from here right. For now I have 3 in one gallon pots and the other three in the solo cups. I’m thinking since they are exactly two weeks apart I’ll flip them both once the younger of the group get to week 3 of veg. So week 5 on the big, well don’t let me get ahead of myself, bigger plants. Raise the smaller ones to same heaight as other pots and throw a trellis net in and see what happens.
You need to understand the problem is not every strain or pheno grows the same
Some require extra weeks, more Nitrogen , magnesium...
So unless you are using previously grown clones you have no idea the individual plants needs
More plants even more issues
I don't care about your dreams of multi strain grows and some how perpetual
Not from seed

You know what I noticed on these forums. Theirs more people putting people down instead of seeing things out and seeing what people are trying to accomplish and helping them accomplish their personal goals.I’m not trying to do anything to outrageous. I want 4-5 smaller plants in my tent. What’s the issue. If I have to feed separately why not? I have two kids that are far apart in age. I feed them differently, why couldn’t I do the same for a damn plant? Try to help more.

Growing multiple strains is not a big deal, it’s quite easy. Yeah you may have a slightly uneven canopy, have to harvest at different times or have to slightly alter feeds but it’s definitely not impossible. I always grow multiple strains and feed from the same reservoir and hardly ever have issues.

Unless you are commercially cultivating I don’t see the point in monocropping, where is the fun in that!

That’s a 2x3 I’m assuming ? Nice work . I’d like to do more of a scrog with the netting type of thing so it’s all even. But that’s basically what I was gonna do . 6 3 gallons and flip earlier. What did you do
6 1 gallons... My scrog net won't fit in my tent correctly or I would use this tent for just that...

I think his point is that based on your questions your lack of experience is going to hurt your end product. It's difficult enough for a new grower to adjust feeds, environment conditions, etc for one strain never mind 4-5 different kinds. It's definitely possible but you may run into issues that he suggested that you aren't prepared for. Quality and yield may suffer and you may not get an accurate representation of how the strain can perform with optimal conditions.

As always it's your grow and no one can ultimately tell you what you can or can not do. Good luck.

I ran like 39 2.6liter square pots in a 32x32x63 in space. I didn’t run into many problems at all and I had blue dream, platinum kush, sour d, GG4 and wwxbb. Worked out ok for me! I think you can do it! Just don’t over complicate it. I’m

My tent doesn’t have as much width as yours but mine is 20x36x63. Figured I can get 4-6 smaller. And three strains are the same 2 are the same and 1 other is unknown. It’s just a bunch of people afraid to get out of there comfort zone . I live a challenge and worst come to worst it’s only weed. I really could care less if they all die. It’s not like I can’t buy weed I just wanted to learn a few things.

There’s so many variable to work with . I don’t see how someone can’t just give the advice they have for the situation and move forward no matter the growers experience.

I vegged one plant for 2 and a half months. It takes up 3x3 I'm expecting 16 oz (pound) or more from the plant.20200922_145434.jpg20200922_145441.jpg

I’m 100% gonna do a one plant massive grow but for now I wanna get my feet wet with a few strains and half the height of this big guy you got here. Could easily let one or two of my plants get the biggest and rock out with just those. I know I’ll get more out of it but like I said I’m looking for smaller plants and more. I wanted to try a bunch of grows to be honest.
