How many cfl do i need

how many cfls do i need for 1 plant..also what type should i use for veg..and what type should i use for flow/bud

you will need a light wich emits 3000 lumens or ove.r most 150-250 watt cfls produce betwen 5000-9000 lumens so 1 cfl will be fine. For the light colour you need Cool white/blue for seedling and veg and a warm white/red for flowering. does this answer your question.?

I DONT GROW AND NEVER HAVE. IJUST SAY THESE THINGS TO LOOK COOL.
