How many cfl's do i need?

hi, this is my first grow and have a 2 month veg (18/6) white widow clone and its about 15'' tall in a 3 gallon pot. i have 2 cool white 26 watt and 1 warm white 23 watt bulbs in a 20''x20''x36'' grow box. how many cfls do i need to flower it?

Mine is starting to flower very nice and I have about 180 total watts of CFL! get a bunch of 20 watts or 40 watts so you can space them around your plant all the way around!

more light to the lower leaves as well as the top and shell be happy !

Yeah i use about 180 watts with 2700k lights only at 12/12. try to spread the lights around your plant and rotate it everyday. keep your lights close to the plant

Haha well looks like I'm headdin to home depot to get some more cfls... What wattage bulb would be best to get?

Hey man, If you can, I'd get the GV 26w 2700K 3 pack of CFL's for under $6. There some of the MOST eficient CFL's out there. If you look in my sig, there's a link to some CFL info. Maybe what your lookin for, maybe not. But the 'average' is about 100 actual watts per plant/SqFt of grow space.

like hookd said. only i got the same bulbs in a mixed spectrum......3 daylights and 2 soft whites. very very very cost efficient.
