How many clones can you take from a mother every 2 weeks?

So probably a stupid question. How many clones can you take from a happy, healthy, mature, hydroponically grown mother plant every two weeks? I know it does largely depend on the strain. So I'm relly just looking for a general idea.

Would it be better to keep fewer mother plants under lots of light, full strength nutrients, and juiced with a bit of co2? Or more mother plants with less light, nutrients, and no co2?
