How many lumens do i need??

wzup..... i got a grow tent the size is 1.4 x 1.4 x 3.11 how many lumens do i need for that will a 150w hps work.....:leaf::?::leaf:

whats a good way to get rid of the heat? my jardin dr40 only has one port for exsoust and 3 velco doors at the bottom you can open and they got screeens on them...
 
personally never used grow tents, but either put a huge powerful exhaust on it, or if u can cut a new hole for another one wihtout light leaks etc, or even if its possible attatch one at one of these velcro doors?
