Start with 10 and see what you get. Depends alot on how fast moms produce shoots to cut.

How many cuts you take and how often matters too. If all will be cut at once...A shitload of mothers.

If just 10-20 cuttings per session....fewer are needed.

Moms in a DWC bucket will give you more shoots to cut more often.

But thats a really random question....Lots to consider before a correct answer is given.

All at once...

Planing on having 2 4x8 ebb and flo trays, for a SOG grow.
Estimating around 10 week flowering time, so I would cut 256 clones, 2 weeks before harvest, and let them root. I could then transfer them to flowering room, and have no time wasted.

cool cool, so using this setup, do you think i could get by with 2 mother's in a DWC?

Also, would compact fluorescents be adequate?
