My very good friend in town runs a program at the college so that mentally and physically disabled people can still get a college education.
The ones with downs, are so fucking amazing. Just the nicest kindest, sweetest people.
I don't think saying "short bus" or "downs" or "retarded" or anything like that makes them any worse or better off than they currently are.
They're currently amazing. And most of the parents would not change one thing about their kids.
This was just a preemptive message for the butt hurts who like to argue over words.
