How many plants do would yall recommend I place under 850w of hps power :)

I have 23 seeds Available . I im packing 5. gal buckets and 850w of some raw hps powa! :7) so my question to yall is, like the title asks, how many seeds would yall recommend? 4? maybe 12? see i dont know lol i wanna do a scrog would a scrog be the same number as if i didnt? or would i wanna do a bit less in scrog and spread them out? Let me know, Im all ears. Note: heat is not a problem,
also a useless piece of info: I CANT WAIT FOR MY INDICA GIRLS TO ARRIVE!!!

Also if you had a simililar set up, could you just throw in your yeild? I like to dream,

U get 2 to 3 oz of bud per plant

6-8 plants per 600 watts
