how many plants fit on a 6'x4' growing space?

6x4? get a 1000 is u want some bad ass results. i have a 9x5 and i have 2x600 hps. i dont grow my plants like big mike, i like gettin them real big and letting them have room to stretch and every budsite get optimum light. but neways. u can do a badass setup in a 6x4 on an ebb and flow with like a 1000. i have a ebb and flow in my flowering room, check out my gallery.

1000w hps will cover a 5x5 area very well.

what is your height of the room ?

and how are you venting the room ? this light will get very hot !!

oh yeah, i thought that was a given, if you dont vent that hood ur ganna be in a goatload of prep ahead.

7'4 inches...also i have an electric a/c on the window which i can adjust the temp...im not sure if its any help

in a 6x4 i wouldnt put more than 10 max. keep room available for fan, nutes, controls, lighting. if you are looking to maximize yield, i would put 8 plants on a ScrOG and FIM method.

not yet...i still dont have the ebbflow system yet either but im planning on getting it real soon i also need a wall or sum to cover the other half of the grow space

i would go with a mandala strain using scrog. use 10-20 gal DWC, you will get massive yeilds. ive planted speed queen, satori, and white satin. mandala some of the easiest and best seeds ive ever worked with

are you for real ?

the lights go above the plants (take no floor space)

never keep nutes in my grow chamber. and the fans mount on the walls.

at least go 1 plant per sq ft. say 4x4 and that leaves you 2x4 area to work and move things when needed....thats 16 plants with no trouble...:peace:

i usually do DWC 20gal so my plants get massive. as for the fan i keep it off the wall and move it around the room so that wind gets dispersed better than just standard oscillation. this is just my advice, but i dont grow only for myself....

forgot to mention im OCD so i keep everything in the same room. also i have a seperate outfit for the grow room so i have no chance of bringing in pests from outside clothing.
