how many Plants for a scrog? limited space

i was wondering if i could fit two plants in to this http://www.walmart.com/ip/Sterilite-4-Shelf-Utility-Storage-Cabinet-Putty-01428501/8206253?findingMethod=Recommendation:wm:RecentlyViewedItems to scrog or just one? with a 150w hps sun system. if i can only fit one in it what would be a good pot size, 3 gallon?

2 plants would be crowding each other, but if you're scrogging, you're training them anyway, so it may work well. 3 gallon would probably work fine (what I use in a similar situation), but if you decide on only one plant, go 5 so you can realize your full potential yield.

Can autoflower plants grow well with 400w florescent or do they need 1000 w hps lights?

If i do one plant should i still scrog or just let it grow regularly?
