If you're new to growing I would only put 2 to 3 plants in it, you can fit up to 6 if they're not too big...good luck and welcome to RIU

I run 4 (sometimes a little cramped) in a 3'x3' space. 1.2m should be comfortable for 4 plants depending on the training techniques you use. I run 30 days veg with 1 topping and then 12/12 until done. I average around 3z per plant. Training and longer veg times will impact the space needed per plant.

I had two in a 2x3 foot tent, and was shocked to read that the manufacturer thought more could fit. I topped, and those two girls absolutely filled the tent. I also had 400W. So for 600W and a little more room you might be able to work up to 4, but I'd start with 2 because as they flower, you do have to figure out how to service them without moving them too much -- their stalks end up leaning on each other for support in a big way and a small adjustment can easily be a big mistake.

I'd practice with two and then increase from there. Good luck!

What ya guys only run 2 to 4 plants?

I veg in a 2x3 tent and use 1 gallon coco. I can fit 10-12 plants in there.
I flower in a 39x39x79 agromax tent from htg with a 600 and i can fit those same 10-12 plants in there and flower them out. The thing to that is aiming for single colas.

Right now im flowering 12 plants in 1 gallons in the same tent.

Probs depends on how big your pots are I have a 1200 x 600 tent (small yeah I know) 5 plants in 10ltr square pots. Ideally I would like to have 4 but all 5 sprouted successfully so im not going to chuck the extra out.
So im sure you will be fine just use lst to maximize your yeild and get the most from your space

4 to 6 plants with a 600w light. 5 gallon buckets if you're doing soil. I grow six at a time with two 150w HPS lights in a 32" x 32" x 5' H grow tent no problem. I use the hempy method.

I agree with RIKNSTEIN. Keeping your plant number low for your first grow will make things much easier for you handle. Once you get some experience you can fill it up. Good Luck!

4 plants in a 2 x 2 grid sounds about right. Or you could squeeze in 6 autos as they are smaller. BigSteve.

If you are new, 4 plants is a very good starting point. You CAN fit 9, but it gets very cramped and if you don't know what to look for, difficult to see problems. Good luck.
