How many times do you water in a ebb and flo system

Hi
I'm a newbie and I have a Ebb and Flo system with 3" rockwool and i want to know how many times do i need to run the pump and for how long do i need the water to circulate each day

right now i'm doing it about every 3 and a half hours for 15 minutes each at 18/6. My plants are in veg state and are pretty young.

if the plants are in small containers, and get big, you may need to water every 2 hours, for 15 minutes. Its worth the extra $ to get the timer with 15 minute intervals, 1/2 hour is a bit too long.

I do not want to over water them ...right now I'm doing once to twice a day 15 minutes ,,,they are 13 days old

it also depends what your growing in, rockwool requires allot less waterings than hydroton for example

im using a drip system but i water my rockwool twice a day now, and when they were babies once every 2-3 days........... do you have anything else in there besides the cubes? like hydroton on the bottom?

If your running your lights 24/0, try 3x a day at 15 min. intervals...

When you switch to 12/12, flood it twice a day...once when they
wake up, and an hour or two before they go to sleep.

Circulate the water with the airpump 24/0.
