how many watts for a mother plant

okay this is my prob i have 3 plants 2 are bag seed the other was a clone. the clone is way behind in growth and really dosent fit im my box with the bag seed. im about to flower so how many watts would i need to keep it alive? i just want to wait till i sex the bag seed if there males im gonna take cones from the mother plant. would a 23 watt work? i dont need alot of growth just to stay alive till i find out what my 2 bag seed are really dont want to waste it considering its my only for sure female

thatswhat i keep my clones under while there rooting... can you kep in in the box during lights on and move to a window or something to extend the hours of light its recieving...like maybe run the lights at night and use the sun during the day?
