How many watts is recommended on veg stage and flowering per plant? Does it also differ on height?

I use 10-23 watt CFL's for 4 plants at about 4 nodes. They grow well but the more watts the faster they grow.

You should have 40watts to 50 watts per sq. ft. of floor space for best results. Got that info from the marijuana bible.

I already read the grow FAQ.It doesn't say the specific wattage per plant

Just convert your calculations over to how many sq. ft. of growspace you have.

for veg around 45 watts per plant is good if you wont let the plant get bigger than around a foot tall, for flower its as much watts as you can get
