How Many Wattz Do I Need?

I read a thread started by Mr Al B Fuct he runs 1000 watt over 2 3x3 flood tray. I had to down size my room.
So my question will 1 3x6 flood tray for 1 1000 watt raptor reflector? Thanks

Hey this is my first year growing and i was wondering if two 32watt 4 feet long florescent lights would work in a closet with foil around the walls for a couple plants? Im new to growing and dont fully understand growing yet, Would love if someone could help me out

I have 2 x 45W CFL's 2500lumens 4000k cool white bulbs in a 2sq.ft. all white grow box fitted with fans the workz! Got 4 seedlings in the box currently. How far do yall reckon I can take them with those bulbs?
