How much can semi-grown plants sell for?

My friend is planning to sell semi grown all female short riders, along with reggies/shwags plants with unknown sex. The short riders and reggie plants are averaging 5-6 inches in plant height. Very healthy plants, currently in organic soil from miracle grow. No pictures. I would like an estimate. I bought the female seeds for 76$.

at the club here in nor cal today
clones 8-15$
mid leval growth fems. 12" - 20" = 75-125$
full grown mothers 2-3" from 150 somewere budding.

at my local clone bank i can get 12" tallplants for $20.00...
