How much do i increase nutes in flower?

This is my first grow.I had a few problems but seem to be back on track.Can't tell you what strain they are,a friend gave me some seeds which i believe were feminised.I've been feeding Bio Bizz grow+bloom 1ml each to a litre and was wondering how much at a time to increase it.I've just starting the second week of 12/12!Any advice would be much appreciated.

Here is a rough schedule you can go by: WK#1 PPM: 1,000, WK#2 1200PPM, WK#3 1400PPM, WK#4 1600PPM, WK#5 1400PPM, WK#6 1200PPM - WK#7 Flush, repeat WK4 for each extra week you need if the above is not long enough for your certain strain - or growing conditions, etc.

What kind of soil is it?

I ADDED PK 13-14 until she started to cry...................did that twice second time added 4 inches to ea cola that I didn't see coming without it.

I haven't got an ec meter at the moment,just been adjusting ph.I am using bio bizz all mix!
