I can believe the 4 lb. outdoors. as I know ppl will regularly take 1 lb. plus outdoors in my area w/o doing anything special on 8 or 9 foot tall chrismas tree plants. I'm sure if someone had a hi producing strain & really took care of it & gave it the attention an indoor grow gets they could get 4 lbs. I've seen pics in magazines of plants that are so big i could easily see being big enuf to support 4 lbs. What I don't get is 3 lbs. off an indoor grow. Yes I can see 3 lbs. off an idoor grow in whole but i don't see 3 lbs. off 1 plant indoors. of course it is possible, i'm sure if someone could put unlimited light & resources toward a plant w/ nothing but a goal of making the most weight off that plant then yes it's possible. But wicked inefficeint. I would venture to guess the resources that would need to be put toward making 1 plant grow to yield 3 lbs. could instead be put toward making many plants grow 12 lbs. in the same ammount of time. As for AN saying you can grow 2-3 lbs. per light, well 2 lbs is certainly possible I understand using good nutes, like AN, as that would be just a 'lil over 1 gram/ watt which is a standard for excellent grows as I hear. But 3 lbs. per light??? well maybe it could be done on a 1000 watt light, but i just haven't heard of it yet. Again, according to the posts AN is talking about per light & not per plant.
