Whats your favorite COLD food to eat?
I do eat a lot of healthy food, vegetables and fruits.
But I do eat a lot of Subway, Chinese takeout, and Dominos. And I drink probably way too
much. I drink a 1.75L of whiskey every 2-3 days. That's a lot of calories. And alcohol metabolizes
into sugar.

Cold food? Hmmm.... Does left over pizza that came from the fridge count? I do like a good salad
sometimes. That's cold. Chocolate ice cream, but that's rare, I don't eat ice cream too often.

I am little over weight could lose a few pounds, even thought I get the munchies I think after I started smoking I have lost 20 some pounds.. its weird.

Im 6'0 175lb been gaining a little over the winter....and I can never get rid of my spare tire/saddlebags, but I think Im sexy so its all good ;)

6' between 170-175. I played safety but I stopped after I got shot in my back. I still lift weights and cardio 4x a week so I guess I'm atheltic.

I'm 5'10 and was up to 240lbs, I didn't snack much but I drank least 12 beers a night and loved my pizza.
Now Im 185lbs. I stopped drinking, stopped eating dairy products like milk and cheese, (That was hard, you know how many foods contain cheese? fuck I do now) and eat oatmeal in the morning instead of eggs.

That's it, no exercise at all. I pig out on beef just about every night, steak and baked potatos or burgers. Just before I go to bed I eat two or three bowls of cereal loaded with sugar, then munch about a dozen nips candy's while I read. LOL I still don't put the weight back on. been 4 yrs.

damn, i give you tons of credit cruiz.. i love my milk.. this is what 90% of my problem is.. i take a nice big glass of milk up to bed with me every night and probably a pack of smore's pop tarts as well.. eating so late kills me, and i know, but it soo damn hard for me to go to bed without having a nice lil snack in bed with me.. maybe i need a gf, lmao..
