I have A titan propane co2 burner and a flower room 4x bigger than my veg room do you guys think i should run it in the flower room. Also my biggest concern is we sleep right above it and I am concerned about
a propane leak from a failed regulator hose etc. lots of big pumps relays etc in the room and i dont want to kill the family. how safe are these?

Vinegar and baking soda produces getto co2 also lol. Never tried it but I bet a bowl filled with baking soda with a slow vinegar drip might be good for a plant or 2 in a small setup

My experience with CO2.If you have the room conditions set correctly and all factors in the grow set correctly healthy plants fed correctly CO2 works great.IF anything is off in your grow..whatsoever it will screw them up at 4 times the pace and degree of not using co2.I know several growers until they have everything set right should never get around a bottle of co2 or a generator. It does not speed up finish time in my experience it just speeds up growth giving you more production and a healthier plant.
Hydro is what speeds up finish time a little, increases production and potency. You just gave up taste though.
Even though your injecting with CO2 the room needs fresh air change overs to get rid of any stagnant air and co2 in the room then regenerated with fresh co2.I do this at least 4 times daily. It is recommended in books to be done at least one time a day.

We have found out from trial and error that unless you are able to control every aspect of your grow perfectly Co2 will not benefit the average growers. In a lab setting where everything is 100% controlled there was little difference or time to ripen was shortened by days not weeks. More hassle then its worth in most operations...JAS

wow, I haven't vented my room once in 4 years, wonder how i manage that? Could it be that plants are producing there own 02? hmmmm?

If i locked you in a closet sealed tight with a plant in it?WOW..i just thought that would be a great idea to see you in a sealed room with a plant..Dont worry will give the plant plenty of light and all the water it wants..It will get its co2 from you..and you will get your oxygen from it..what do you think?
Will the air become stagnant ?Will there be a imbalance in the air?More or less co2 or more or less oxygen than the plant will like?
What happens when a human gets improper mixtures of Oxygen or co2? What happens to a plant when it gets a improper balance of air or co2?
Would you like me to recommend some good books on airflow and air exchange rates for habitable homes? You ever hear of sick home syndrome?
What do you think would happen in a large auditorium if you had no fresh air in it..packed it full of people and threw plants in it And sealed it up nice and tight?
If you havnt been venting for four years you have been doing it wrong for four years..wow..that really must suck.
Hey..if you wernt so cheap you could purchase a venting timer that is even made..GET THIS..to vent the co2 out and fresh air into the room..WOW..HE MADE THE CONTROLLER SPECIAL FOR DOING IT..THAT STUPID ENGINEER..He was probably so stupid he spent around 12 years figuring it out.

to bad He's WRONG, I grow just fine in a sealed room. There are 2 rooms, sealed(100% controlled environment) and NOT sealed. I don't hang around in my room, My plants thrive. he doesn't have a clue of what he's talking about. The room is sealed with the plants in it, Not humans, what does one have to do with the other. I have been growing this way for 4 years and he tries to say i'm doing it wrong, what a fuckin idiot. he wishes he could grow like me. cheap, i have a $500 fuckin sentinel c02 controller, Guess what, No venting option, that is a different controller that is not needed.

See medical growers bible page 338
Dude..you dont flush , you use the harshest nutes known to man to choke a MFer to death and now to find out you are injecting with CO2 and are clueless how to use it.
Wow..what can i say..your lucky there isnt a law against plant abuse

it does not speed up any thing bigger yields . bigger plants. I veg with co2 as well major difference . pump the co2 in veg is a great way to save 2 or 3 weeks only with higher temps and mh bright lamps need the temps 85 to 90 veg with co2 insane bright mh . could shave off a month time easy

Dude, I made you look stupid in that other thread, I will do it again. You have NO CLUE of what you speak. Flushing is for idiots. Harshest nutes? that makes NO sense. And my plants are green and healthy, so How the fuck are they chocking on c02? Quit being a CLUELESS butthurt douchebag.

Here ya go douchebag, A CLOSED LOOP ENVIRONMENT http://thegrindmagazine.co.uk/index.php/blog/closed-loop-environments/#.UlZ3pVAjJkY

A key factor to consider is whether or not you will be using a CO2 generator and if you will be keeping your ballasts in the lung room or at a remote site. CO2 augmentation is necessary in a CLE environment because air is recirculated, instead of having fresh CO2 -rich air brought in from outdoors and in this environment, intake of outside air is minimal or non-existent.

NEVER DOUBT CHUCK, YOU FUCK!!!

Your plants are junk and you run around here calling other people stupid who actually know what is going on..unlike you..you are completely clueless ..stop making yourself look stupid and start studying what the hell you are talking about before you open your mouth.
Remember the old saying.better to let people think you are stupid than open your mouth and remove all doubt. That would be YOU.
Please see the medical growers bible..i even pointed out the page for you..it is amazing how all these scientists and experts are clueless and you are the one who knows it all?
Now start doing your plants right and flushing them..feeding them right and giving them fresh air.
If you are growing the way you are i KNOW your buds would gag a maggot.Come on dude..get your shit together and start acting like a pro.

Read the links retard, put your emotions away and learn for fucks sake

oh, then come back and say sorry after you learn that I know WAY more than you, douchebag

A Closed Growing Environment is an indoor garden that is totally … you've guessed it … closed! And we aren't just talking about light proofing here. We mean air-sealed. There are no holes, gaps or vents to anything outside of the indoor garden. The name of the game here is to create a totally controlled environment where every aspect of the plants' production can be manipulated and customized to produce the optimum results. Setting up a Closed indoor garden is more expensive but, if done correctly, it should give you the maximum ability to dictate and control temperatures, CO2 levels, humidity and disease - 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Now if some of you are scratching your swede and thinking to yourself, "if I totally seal off my room and exchange no air through extraction, isn't my room going to get really, really hot and my plants suffocate to death through lack of fresh air?" This is where the three main keys to a closed room come into play. The three most vital organs of a closed grow room are: air conditioners, dehumidifiers and CO2 generators. With these three items replacing your fans, you can have a perfect room, plain and simple.

Gotta love the end of that last paragraph, PLAIN AND SIMPLE. Oh wait, I should tear down my $5000 grow room that has produced super dank for 4 years and vent it all so my neighbors will know because max says page 338 of jorge cervantes book says so. Again max, STFU.

I tried to read the link you sent.I will keep a open mind as you say when i read it.Then i will form a opinion based on fact as i always do.but as of now your link will not open.
That being said..what does it cost you when you are in your room working..to open a door and turn on a carbon filter fan to draw air into the room for fresh air change over?
What would it cost you to flush? You are aware the plant uptakes more than just co2 im sure.
You do know a rooms air will go stagnant if not changed over right?Same with CO2.
Now go read the medical marijuana bible on the page i gave you and it says..Fresh air must be changed over in the room.Unfortunately it does not give the amount of air change over they are talking about. But allot of growers recommend at least one time a day.At night when the roots systems are breathing air i evacuate the room completely and bring in fresh air through the dark cycle so the roots have all they need. This air change over happens three times when lights are off. When lights are on the room co2 is regenerated and evacuated once during lights on and recharged with fresh co2.
If what someone tells you sounds logical it normally is logical.
And JAS is correct in his opinion that MOST growers will not gain anything from co2 injection. In my experience most growers will have a negative experience using co2..Every aspect of your grow must be controlled and in perfect shape before co2 is used other wise they will see little to no added benefit from it..in reality if they have any deff at all they will screw up their plants at hyper speed instead of slow motion.

Go google closed looped grow room. In this environment, you MUST use c02. The paragraphs above are cut and paste from the links. It is the perfect grow room. And I'm not going to argue flushing with you anymore. I posted enough links on that subject also.

And i don't read bibles, they are full of fairytales!!!

Jorge is always wrong. So all the local RIU experts say..hes clueless.
You tried putting a carbon scrubber vented into the attic ?vented to a crawl space? how about a garage? How about just opening up the door and letting fresh air in through the rest of your home or whatever..and drawing it in with a negative pressure?Allot of growers do this. Some of them dont even know it when they are doing it.Im not talking about brief opening of a door..im talking a room air change over.Oh ..it doesnt normally take more than a few min to do it..especially in a small grow room like yours.
Whats it going to cost you or hurt you to flush your plants the last week?
Just a example..and you accuse me of not listening and being a hard head...you wont even try something if its free..Thats what i call cheap..wow.
