Im in the SF Bay Area, at the dispensaries it's $3400 for top shelf,$2600-$2800 for mids

Not for long. Soon enough a large majority of the East Coast states will have medical and the demand for your substandard sloppy seconds will plummet. Then maybe some of you will have wished you'd exported some quality product.west coast trash gets moved out east

In Montana/Idaho about 3k, Dakotas 4k especially with the oil boom in ND many don't think twice on paying. Into MN, WI, IA and most of the midwest about 3,500-4k per lb. These are lb prices, for people who buy/sell up to a lb and not beyond in most cases. For HUGE quantities per lb I have no clue.

What does medical have to do with street prices or availability? Rhode Island has had one of the most lax and generous medical marijuana laws since 2006 and an oz there on the street sells for 350-400. Medical doesn't affect street prices or availability at all. As a matter of fact the east coast already has 8 of the 18 medical legal states and in general street prices on the east coast are as high or higher then midwest prices.
I'm sorry about the crappy westcoast weed but start growing and contribute to your area.

Bro only does an oz sell for 350-400 in la la land... lucky if you see 275 for an oz an even then who ever bought that will soon find one for 250 an not come back... thats also, street price. He was talking more in lb form or larger increment pricing... people on street who buy hp- 1 lb at a time bitch when they see 3400.
Man, i remember the days of 4800 is cheap and 5200 being street price. 1300 a q all day. REAL weed always there. No bullshit outdoor excuses. Granted now the meds available now is better than the REAL weed i was talking about but people know its locally grown and feel it doesnt deserve being paid normal price for.

The street weed isnt usually the same quality,the vast majority of high end goes to dispensaries because everyone has med cards. Weed that street dealers have around here usually wouldnt be bought by a dispensary.

Well then, bro, you are not smoking high quality weed because I know a dealer in Warwick who only deals in fire and he's in tune with current prices and the average an oz goes for to those buying them is 375. So I don't know what you are smoking but that is what he sells them for, that's what his competitors sell them for and that's what people are paying. They can bitch all they want, unless you are a dealer connected directly to a grower, you are not paying less then 3k a lb in that area.
