How much light ?

we have a room in our basement (cement room ) no windows . Its 10ft x 10ft x 9ft high
We bought a new hydro system (12 buckets) we wrapped the room in white vapor wrap. we tried last time with the res in the room and it gets to hot (too many trips up and down the stairs all night with ice jugs) so hoping putting it outside drops it a bit. But need to know how much light is really needed in there? any answers ? our 1st time we had 10 buckets and got about 2 oz a plant but they had a lot of stress in the begining. lessons learned lol

how much light did you use in your last grow? to cover a space like that you need at least 1000w... or maybe two 600w

true, if you have that much you should be fine, i don't know if you need the 400
