how much lighting would you need to acheive 4 oz a plant?

well i posted another thread but nobody seems to have info.. so i guess ill take info and do it on a bigger scale. so how much lighting do you need for a plant to yeild 4 ozs dry? The strains i will be running is wonder woman. heres a link

lol ya the foil on the back is to keep our walls from getting splashed! and it dont hurt for a little reflection! haha When we first started the very first plant we had fell and had a big boo boo but i mean shes stunted but remaind resilient!

yeah im currently working on 9 girls.. there 3 feet tall. topped/lst'd. 6 weeks into flowering.

with 3k hps. so thats 1k hps per 3 plants.. lets see if i get the mark. im hoping for 3 lbs

scrog is the way to go imo, a 250w or 400w hps should be enough, you're gonna want to veg for a while though, i'd say 6-8 wks at least.

Ive been growing some diff kush strains(u2, purple, bubba) for awhile, I veg for 9-12wks, topping 2x, with 2k wts MH, then 2k HPS and usually get 3-6oz per plant. Most the plants end up around 6ft tall or bigger and can be a pain to keep in check, but I like vegging much longer than most people do. Ive never grown wonderwoman so its hard for me to put any sort of estimate on your yield, but it is what it is, ya know. Just keep em healthy and happy and theyll give you what they can. My indoor right now is 18plants, last time it was 14 and I got about 3.5lbs after vegging for 10wks. Peace
