Ok Im posting up some pics of a plant that has been flowering now for about 9 weeks.How much longer do you think it will take?I looked at the trichs havent really seen any amber ones.

I say another week or two. Mostly amber is my personal preference.
Love them couch lockers. Looks yummy tho.

wow thats a nice big nug u got...did u flush already? what else did u do to get ur leafs dried like that? is that what happens after u flush because i havent flushed yet and my leafs are still nice and green but i think thats a bad thing because my plant looks like its gonna be done in probly a week
but back to ur question personally i would say a week extra at the max but i dont think it would matter much if u harvested now so enjoy and let me know about the leafs

Thanks he was only a lil over a year in that pic.I got a nice female hopefully I will have some nice pups dropping soon.That dog looks like a beast btw

I have been flushing using only unsulphered molasses.I dont think the plant liked it too much but to me it does look like the buds put on some weight and look like they have more crystals.

I think Im gonna wait another two weeks (If I can last that long!!) than check the trichs and cut her down.

Yeah, the trichs will tell the truth. It depends on what kind of an effect your after, and what strain. An Indica will be ready way sooner than a Sativa. I assume you have some way to see the trichs, so go by them. I prefer the effect I get when the trichs are still 50/50 clear/milky, most here seem to like the devastation and immobilization of the mostly amber trichs.

so this is the only thing that scares me, when u flush u dont get any mold or nothing? i have a 5 gallon pot that means i have to give it 10 gallons. that seems like A LOT of water

Flushing wouldn't cause mold, but If you have good draining soil, it shouldn't be an issue. But instead of flushing, you could just stop feeding nutes (except molasses), and just straight water them until you harvest. Let's the plant use up the stored nutes, and convert/use up the chlorophyll.

ok one more question because i dont wanna take over this guys thread lol
when the plant gets near harvest time i see lots of peoples plants leafs all dried up and yellow, are u supposed to do that somehow or is it a strain thing? because my plant looks like it could harvest i guess in the next week or two and the leaves are still green so do i need to do something to get the leafs to start dieing or what?

Ok so I checked the trichs again today....To me most look clear but I also seen a few amber and some clear with amber tops??? Is this possible or am I just nuts? I'm using one of those radio shaq pocket scopes the 100x one.

If you picked now, you'd have just about the high I, PERSONALLY like and go for. the longer you let it go, the more immobilizing the smoke will get.
