when 60 to 80 percent of the hairs are brown... or the trichromes start going amber

either way.... look at the growguide in the sig

i let them veg for about 3 or 4 weeks then flowered them they stand 4 ft tall
they would not stop growing the bud on the one plant is 8-9 inches tall every morning i went to look at them they were pushing the light up so i let them grow higher and higher
the weed i got the seeds from knocked us on our asses it was so potent really really good
the buds are just loaded with crystal
who ever smokes this stuff should get a good high out of it ' i wish i could but i cant anymore im a 20 yr smoker and my throat cant take anymore (i coughed so much 2 weeks ago i had a heart attack from to many years of the good stuff

sorry to hear about your heart attack. wow! that must be some great weed eh? hey just kidding!
if you really want to be accurate in knowing when to chop. get a pocket scope from radioshack/the source. your looking for around 30-50% amber trichome's. just clip a couple of bud leaves and put them under the scope.
