how much power is too much

just what the title says... for a 3 bed room 2000 sq house how much power could one safely use for a growing operation if one wanted to use the entire hou se?

If the entire house was being used, I would withdraw any limits on electricity usage so long as you do not steal it, and have the circuits to support it.

i mean how much would be too much... say if you were running 15 1000s and paying for it...obviously thats going to raise an eye brow..

if the whole house were a grow, i would say you could run 15 1000watters without a problem as long as you are paying it... think about how much electricity an average house uses.... elec. stoves, water heaters, ac units; hell, tvs and microwaves can easily run over 1000watts

yeah as long as you have nothing else plugged in, i would think you could run 15k watts total for sure and be ok... that means you can run maybe 10 1000w systems + ur fans + heater/AC unit

this is a tough question.
As far as i know the power companies do monitor for suspicious use, but they are concerned with people stealing power, not using and paying for it. Its not in their best interest to fuck with good customers. People use lots of power in their homes for an abundance of reasons, i would imagine you could probably have ALOT of lights going before it would raise any eyebrows at the old electric company
However, having said that, if the police suspect you of growing dope they can look at your consumption and detect a 12 hour spike of 1000w with very little trouble. Then again, if you're being watched its probably too late. Muahahhahahahaha

Just think about it. A normal house 3 bed 2000 sq. ft house a normal pwer bill could be anywhere between 300-600 a mo. Anything over 650 a mo. would prob not be normal.

oh wow that much? i was thinking house run like from 150 to 200... cuz mine last month was like 270....

i run a few ops and the top bills i like to turn out are 245-350

these are on 2100 and 2600 foot homes.

if your burning 400+ a month and your usage patterns dont match others
look out.
