How much should i be watering plants/seedlings that sprouted from soil 16 days ago?

hiya guys, I'm a relatively new grower with 1 previous crop under my belt. However, the previous crop was completed from me getting 5 week old plants to begin with. I decided to get 5 feminised seeds and crack them and do it myself from the beginning this time around. They first showed their leaves 16 days ago and they seem to be growing okay, I'm currently watering them once a day with a spray bottle mixed with 1L water and 1ml of bio bizz root juice (soil is bio bizz all mix) with he PH at 6.8. I'm watering 10 to 12 sprays of water which equates to around 30ml and doing this twice a day (morning and night). They are under a 100w led light at the moment and will be under a 450W led when they are ready. I'm wondering if they are being watered enough and what the rough rule of thumb is for the amount of water (in ml) is needed per 24 hour period for them to be growing optimally. For those interested, the strain is Somango XL from Royal Queen seeds

They keel over if they don’t get enough water. These appear upright. When you transplant - fix the new container with dry medium. Lift it repeatedly to get the feel of it. Then transplant and water it. Lift again. Get used to doing this to determine how dry the medium actually is. Do not water by a schedule.

Right on, I used to try to follow a schedule, you just end up over watering or underwatering, check daily and try to get a feel for the moisture of the pot.

When it comes to seedlings in SOLO cups, I typically saturate the cup on the first day the top of the soil looks dry. That's usually every 3 or 4 days to start with for me - when they get rootbound after a couple weeks it's more like every 2 days until transplant.

Good Luck!
