Should I be worried about this seedling?

The other night I noticed the humidity in my tent was at 84%. This was a day after I turned my LED light up to 50% (previously at 35). I turned my dehumidifier down to 55%, when it was previously at 60 and not pulling anything in. I went to bed and woke up to find my tent at 44%. The rockwools were bone dry. I gave each rockwoll about 1.5 oz of water, with some rapidstart mixed in. I then put the dome on and kept it on for 24 hours. I also turned the light down to about 35%. Other than some yellowing, which I attribute to the rapidstart, they all bounced back except one.

I'm getting ready to put some outdoors. I'm wondering what to do with the one that's struggling. I can grow it indoor or wait a few days and put it outside.

I have them in rockwool, they are 13 days old. The seedling in question is next to the hygrometer. The first picture is from the day before I adjusted the dehumidifier, the second from today. I realize it's late in the season to start but cirumstance limited me. My light is a Viparspectra 1500, I have a passive intake and an AC infinity exhaust at 215 cfm. I run it slightly over medium, and started it at medium.

Any other info needed please let me know and thanks! I'm excited for this hobby and I've been lurking here for a little bit now.
