depends. what strain are you growing?
how long you been vegging?
and why do you want to start flowering while the plant is still so small? space concern? time concern?

not sure cause i got it from a bag, but its been growing for 23 days now.. & no just wondering, i just wanna know if im gonna get anything out of it lol

it wouldn't be worth flowering yet. Leave it abit longer, it should start to speed up abit.

you can veg for however long you want. the taller it is, the more it may yield.

Your roots are probably using less than half the size of that pot.. perhaps a new container, before you start flowering.
