how much to water a germinated seed.

hey guys,

so i planted my newly germinated seed 3 days ago, and im begining to get a little worried because i think it might not be getting enough water.
im using a 75W agro-lite and it sits about 1 foot from the soil. and it heats up the area quite quickly and im worried the soil is getting to dry.

i usually spray it with a spray bottle around 7-8 times every 9 hours and each time i come back to it the soil seems quite dry.

is this ok? or should i water it more? or get a new light?

first get diffrent light. then after watering them wrap them in saran wrap of any kind of clear plastic to keep the moisture and humidity up.you can even put a 2 liter bottle or zip lock bag if it will fit
