how much will i pay for a 600w hps ballast

what is a 600w hps/mh electronic ballast worth its new and has a cord,light socket,bulb and electronic timer,, im thinking if i can get it under 150 would be a good deal ,,,

any advice on how much i should offer the guy

It depends on the brand and other things...

I paid,

$239 for the ballast

$120 for the bulb

And around $20 a piece for the socket and timer.

$150 would be a great deal!!!

i payed 120 for a dual 600 wat ballast, 50 for 2 regualr hps bulbs, balast chords for 20.. so 190 for 2 600 watt lights.. not bad huh
