You haven't said what kind of plant it is, if your giving nutes, soil/hydro way to much missing to say (even if we knew all that it would still be pretty hard to say). A plant that size could yield anywhere from nothing to a few ounces but you will be on the lower side with only 105 watts (and that's assuming that is actual watts not the equivalent).

If you do not stress it and give it good nutes you should get at least an ounce off it. You could pop some side lightning for more yield. Also , why not make a grow journal? People here can help you with any problems you might encounter while growing it.

The only advantage to cfls is to be able to have your lights really close and surround the plant so there isn't just one sweet spot like under a HID. So like Mc toke said I highly recommend you get more lights. Especially if your plane on growing your plant to be 3ft. I use cfl and I lst hard because they have little light penetration. You should try and keep your plant short and flat on top. Small 26W will do around the plant. Keep them all as close as you can.

In a little less space than that 2 ft wide x 2ft high and 20 in deep using advanced nutrients ferts in soil with around 100w 3 26w and a 40 all on the top of the cabinet. No side lighting. They were vegged a month and trained bushy 3 tops. I got a little over 2 oz. 2 girls about 17 high pure kush was the strain. Temp was kept around 85 degrees.

It's so hard to guess at this stage. Like someone above wrote, anywhere between 1/4 to 1.5 ounces, but there are so many factors involved. Got pics of your setup? People here might be able to help you maximise your yield if they can see your plant/growing environment.

As sunny Jim says its specific to you. My first fun I had a quarter dried. Same cabinet but I was able to tune it in and use better soil nutes and overall environment.

Lights are only one factor. You could overwater and kill your plants then your yield would be zero. The holy grail of growing though is to get 1 gram per watt of lights if everything is perfect, but that wont happen with CFLs . Personally I would be very happy with 1/2 gram per watt of yield but in all honesty it could be anything in the end.
